In this role, you will be responsible for Change Management activity to support the shop for BOM, Routing & MES update for ongoing production as well as NPI. You should be working closely with HPT followed by ensuring highly committed safety, output, quality, and productivity.

Site Overview

Our Multi-modal Manufacturing Facility (MMF) in Pune plays a crucial role in manufacturing key aerospace components, supporting not only India’s defense and commercial sectors but also global aviation supply chains. Our relationships with Indian suppliers, combined with our world-class local facilities and global reach, continue to shape India’s aerospace ecosystem.

Role Overview:

  • Shall have a minimum of 3 years of working experience in Oracle ERP. Specifically, in BOM manager, Inventory/Item Power user, and the Manufacturing Manager modules
  • Should have good knowledge to initiate manufacturing workflows through Support central for Router Approval, Change Request & ECN. Shall have good knowledge of engineering drawings & parts list, to create Item code, BO,M & Routing
  • You should have experience in manufacturing execution systems (MES). Proficy MES is preferred.
  • Shall have good knowledge about NPI & ability to support FAI for any change in master documentation with compliance of change management procedure
  • Should have experience in drawing evaluation, manufacturing process feasibility study, calculating the manufacturing hours, and ensuring parts are manufactured within the specified hours
  • Strong knowledge and background in safety, process compliance and quality requirements. Ensure that manufacturing procedures follow safety and environmental regulation Must be familiar with EHS practices inside the workshop as well as on-site

The ideal candidate:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for Change Management activity to support the shop for BOM, Routing,& MES update for ongoing production as well as NPI. You should be working closely with HPT followed by ensuring highly committed safety, output, quality, and productivity.

Required Qualifications:

  • Diploma in mechanical engineering with a minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in the aviation manufacturing industry.
  • Experience in Aviation/Aerospace industry
