Job description
Functional:
- Perform learning content development using Cortona Rapid Manual/Vizendo
- Perform simulation using Process Simulate.
- Model basic tools and aids for learning content development.
- Develop appropriate markers in learning content.
- Works with the CAD in Teamcenter tools for prerequisite preparation.
- Create a suitable certification questionnaire for the learning module.
- Automobile assembly processing knowledge and work exposure.
- Proficiency in Adobe Captivate tool.
- Awareness about training process and techniques.
- Cross Functional Assembly / Disassembly process understanding.
- Maintaining program related documents (Input, Tracking, and output documents).
RESPONSIBILITIES
Administration:
- Coordinating with the global customers for updates/reviews/feedbacks of the programs or projects handled.
- Planning the resource allocation and managing them according to program requirements.
- Training and development of resources.
- Managing project and billing details.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in Cortona Rapid Manual/Vizendo is must to apply this position
