Job description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assess ESB Mechanical and Maintenance claims and ensure the claim is paid in accordance with the Terms and conditions of the contract, and prevailing rules/guidelines.
- Respond to queries from the markets and customers regarding claim assessed and procedures
- Perform additional tasks such as Post claim analysis, Duplicate claims analysis, Audit support, Metrics preparation, System setup/testing
- Identify process improvements and best practices as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
3 to 5 years of hands-on experience (Dealership or equivalent) with Technical knowledge of automobiles (Basic technical, Diagnostic skills, and/or Warranty background)
