Job description
- ESB Claims Analyst
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review ESP maintenance & mechanical claims and ensure the claim is paid in accordance with the terms & conditions of the contract
- Utilize job aids and supporting systems to conduct claim research and determine the appropriate payment amount Involve in additional activities such as Post claim analysis, Duplicate claims analysis, Audit support, Metrics preparation, System setup/testing
Identify process improvements and best practices as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma or BE in Mechanical /Automobile Engineering
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience (Dealership or equivalent) with Technical knowledge of automobiles (Basic technical, Diagnostic skills and/or Warranty background)
