Selection Criteria
- Professional Exposure :
- Discrete Event Simulation Skill in AutoMOD(mandatory) Technomatix Plant Simulation
- Programming Skill (C++, Python, OOPS)
- Auto CAD Skill
- MS Office skill
- 1-2 Years of experience in a relevant field
- Knowledge/Experience in Powertrain Assembly, Machining, and material handling is desirable
- Experienced in guiding a team to complete various tasks such as simulation model building and analysis
- Excellent Communication and customer relation skills as well as the ability to work with a diverse team
- Candidate should be flexible to work in shifts, if necessary
RESPONSIBILITIES
Position Roles & Responsibilities
- Simulation model building & Analysis using the Discrete Event Simulation (DES) Tool using the below kind of systems
- Forklift, AGV, and Tugger delivery systems
- Dock operations
- Warehousing operations
- Verify/validate system parameters
- Evaluate operating parameters to improve system performance and Determine the number of carriers/skids required for production
- Perform JPH Analysis, Bottleneck Analysis, Buffer analysis
- Demonstrated proficiencies in the following software packages and languages are preferred:
- AutoMod(mandatory)
- Technomatix Plant Simulation
- Intra-logistic and warehouse operations Knowledge is required
- Strong Analytical Skills is required
- Strong Programming Skill is required
QUALIFICATIONS
Education Qualification: B.E/BTech /MTech– Industrial/Mechanical/Production Engineering,
Number of Years of Experience: 1 to 2 years of Experience in DES
