Description:
B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Knowledge of ERP systems, Engineering Process, Resource planning, Engineering Planning is required.

Job Description
- Plan production control activities to improve runtime while maintaining high quality, timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
- Work with the materials department in material planning and analysis to reduce inventory level.
- Plan, schedule and monitor material movement in production cycle to ensure continuous operations.
- Plan equipment, material and manpower requirements to meet production schedule.
- Project/Production Planning
- Monitor downtime due to Planning delay, Inventory Management
- Scheduling & follow-up with other departments
Skill required:
- Production forecasting,
- BOM preparation
- Ensure material on each line against production plan
- Release monthly & weekly schedules to the inter plan
- Aggregate planning for capacity utilization
