Job description

Responsibilities

• Engage in company-led training programs to build foundational knowledge and skills.
• Work closely with senior staff to gain insights into job roles and responsibilities.
• Attend required workshops, seminars, and meetings to enhance learning and integration.
• Support the execution of projects and tasks as directed by your supervisor.
• Maintain a comprehensive record of all learning experiences and progress.
• Provide constructive feedback on training programs to help refine and improve them.
• Collaborate effectively with team members on various tasks and projects.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s values, mission, and objectives.
• Adhere to all company guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Apply academic knowledge to real-world business scenarios and problem-solving.
• Assist in preparing detailed reports and engaging presentations.

Qualifications

• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar software.
• Basic understanding of business functions and departmental operations.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under deadlines.

Education Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a reputed university, with a preference for core specializations.

Experience

• 0 to 3 years of experience in preparing techno-commercial proposals.
• Experience in Engineering, Design, or structural knowledge in plant equipment is an added advantage.
