Role Summary:

As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and executing multiple projects, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring the seamless development and delivery of customer-specific solutions. This includes engineering analysis, design, production support, and project management activities to meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee the execution of multiple projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery in compliance with customer specifications.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with engineering, product management, production, quality, and procurement teams to communicate product requirements and timelines.
• Drawing Approvals: Work with the engineering team to obtain and review customer approvals on designs.
• Technical Support: Provide guidance on specification deviations, waivers, and other production-related issues.
• Documentation Review: Validate product performance against customer requirements and recommend modifications if needed.
• Testing: Prepare test plans, evaluate results, and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Optimization: Standardize and optimize both new and existing product lines.
• Process Improvement: Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies where applicable.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: Approximately 2 years of relevant industrial experience in development, design, or project management.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor).
  • Knowledge of ANSYS (CFD, FEA) is an advantage.
  • Understanding of engineering documentation, drafting, geometric dimensioning, and tolerancing.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams and work independently.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement processes.
• Hands-on experience with product design and industrial development.
