Role Summary:

Responsible for preparation of Bill of Materials and New Designs on time

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Identification of Specifications and required input.
• Preparation and verification of Bill of Materials according to the specifications and project requirements.
• Interact with Production planning, supply chain, manufacturing, and project management teams.
• Follow internal procedures, work instructions, and best engineering practices.
• Involve and contribute to continuous improvement program as assigned.
• Prior Experience in Designing, Modelling, and detailed drawing, valve design is preferable.
• Knowledge of International Standards like ASME B16.34, ASME B16.5, ASME Y14.5, ISA 75.08 Series, ASTM A216, ASTM A351, etc.
• Proficient in Mechanical Engineering core subjects. Computer-Aided-Design (2D&3D). Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.
• Knowledge about Pneumatic Accessories and Linear Actuators.
• BE/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent
• Knowledge of GAD and Cross Section Drawings

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Prior experience in the Valve Industry with the preparation of a Bill of Materials is preferred.
• Hands-on experience in any ERP system like Oracle, SAP, or equivalent
• Good Communication Skills in English.
• Design Software: Solidworks 2016, AutoCAD, Ansys, Creo (PRO-E)
• PDM Software: Windchill or Any
• Minimum 2 to 4 Years relevant experience.
