Job description

To engage in all the maintenance / maintenance related activties for equipment in Flipkart facilities
To work in close cordination with Support team of our vendors for all maintenance activties
To monitor all the breakddowns / related activities on the equipment
To understand all new Operations requirement related to the equipment
To co-ordiate, support & monitor all PM activties To comply with the PM schedule
To vallidate all the PM activties on equipment To complete all the PM closure documentation process
To respond to all the breakdown as per escalation matrix
To investigate and understand the problem & root cause in every breakdown
To cordinate / carry out corrective action and validate with trials
To support the vendor during any breakdown
To carry out RCA for critical breakdowns with clear action plans
To ensure 5S in and around equipment after every Maintenance activtiy
To store and manage spares at facilities/zonal office
To manage the inventory of spares

Diploma Mechanical / Electrical or Engineering
AGE: 23 to 32 years of SKILLS: PLC, Mechanical Systems. Electrical Systems & vendor Management
BASIC KPIs: PM compliance %, RCA closure %, 5S score
Traveling to the Flipkart facilities falling under the respective zones (Vehicle is a must) 24/7 availability over the phone
Preferred experience in – Conveyors, Sortation system Experience in Electrical & Automation Maintenance
