Your Role: Engineer – Engineering Performance

As an Engineer – Engineering Performance, you will support Faurecia’s Program Management System (PMS) process globally. Your primary responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities

• Perform engineering assignments as part of design/project teams, adhering to Faurecia and OEM systems and standards under the guidance of Product Design Engineers.
• Develop 3D models and drawings using appropriate software that meet engineering specifications.
• Follow set OEM standards, CAD methodology, and Faurecia’s CAD/design systems and procedures.
• Ensure timely completion of assignments and maintain accurate timesheet entries in SAP.
• Conduct self-inspections and prepare checklists before project delivery.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying and proposing process/system enhancements.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining PMS tools, including user support, system customization, and upgrade testing.
• Facilitate training sessions and create documentation to enhance system knowledge.

Principal Accountabilities

• Understand project management principles and methodologies.
• Collaborate with global engineering teams to optimize IT systems and processes.
• Ensure effective functional support for key users and update reporting requirements.
• Devise innovative solutions to enhance existing systems’ functionality and efficiency.

Software Proficiency

• Microsoft Project Server, Primavera, or other program management tools.
• MS Office applications.

Other Requirements

• International mindset with the ability to collaborate globally.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally.
• Valid passport and proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Automobile, IT, or equivalent engineering field with a strong academic record.
• Experience: 0 to 4 years in program management systems, preferably in automotive or mechanical industries.
