Roles and Responsibilities

Achieve rated production target as per planning.
Increasing machine availability by reducing downtime
Daily Review on indirect hrs. with proper utilization of manpower to reduce over time.
Optimum use of available Energy
Maintain machines at its optimum efficiency
Daily morning meeting with workman
Daily previous day scrap analysis
Training of subordinates/workman
Coordination day to day activity
5S, TPM, Systems knowledge, Quality tools
