Job Description:Effective Channel Management. Support Distributors in the domain to add value to MR CC operations and nurture Key Accounts.
- Meeting monthly/quarterly/annual targets (quantitative and qualitative) and other KPIs as assigned.
- Strengthening of business relationships with existing customers/Key Accounts.
- The person will need to constantly hunt for prospects and convert same into customers and thereafter into Key Accounts.
- Improving customer share with the existing customers/Key Accounts
- Focus on enhancing market shares for the portfolio of MR products.
- Motivating customers towards shifting to new technology (in co-operation with Marketing)
- Sales development activities in the territory.
- Reviewing & strengthening Territory Management in the operating domain.
- Effective communication/co-ordination with Marketing.
- Keeping control on receivables.
Skills and Experience:
Candidate should have in depth knowledge of the Mining and Rock Excavation products and applications. The Key Account Manager is the single point of contact for end user and hence must have strong technical and commercial expertise so as to function with minimal guidance from Regional Manager. As most of the accounts are Tunneling and core URE customers. URE product application knowledge. Custromer and territory knowledge is added advantage.
Qualifications required:
The candidate should be of Mining Engineer/ Mechanical Engg. or its equivalent and experience in Mining or its allied Industry.
Key competencies required for this role:
Sales experience, Negotiation & persuasion skills, communication skills, Dedicated and self motivated. Team Player and managerial skills.
