Job Description:

Service engineer reports directly to Project Manager based at RVNL Uttarakhand under Delhi Region. The person will be responsible for the complete service activities of Epiroc CC in the assigned territory and supports the installed fleet to the satisfaction of customers while ensuring Epiroc guidelines are strictly followed. Also, to ensure the targets and Contractual obligations are achieved.

Responsibilities

• Equipment commissioning and warranty support: Direct or via Business Partners
• Timely reporting of warranty complaints and product quality-related issues.
• Installed fleet mapping and ensure 1:1 fleet relation.
• Support Business Partners in the region for achieving business targets.
• Special focus on Key customers’ satisfaction assigned particularly to him.
• Support Business Partner with suggested stocking guides as per Machine utilization
• Support in execution of Service Agreements
• Forward customer feedback and any leads on new equipment
• Support in promotion of Equipment/component rebuilds
• Coordinate with Customer Support Officer on support issues like parts quotation, invoicing, deliveries, or outstanding payments.
• Track Equipment utilization and ensure committed KPIs as per Customer PO are achieved.
• Guide Business Partner engineers to solve technical problems. Keep them updated with relevant technical information
• Monitor complaint registers of Business Partners and ensures timely restoration of equipment is executed.

Qualification, Skills, and Experience:

• Regular Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical or Electronics
• 02-04 Years of relevant Job Experience
