Description
- Comply with all Epiroc and customer OHS processes and procedures
- Lead and manage the Underground Product Specialist team
- Conduct field test, research, and development
- Provide product application support to all stakeholders
- Deliver industry-leading technical support and training
- Provide hands-on technical and product familiarity training
- Diagnosis and troubleshoot more complex product issues
- Report on machine performance
- Carry out calibration and programming of Epiroc products
- Conduct follow up visits on machines performance
- Liaise with factory engineers to recommend improvements/feedback on product performance/Performance Test
Skills & Experience Required
- University Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering with 6 years of hands-on experience in Truck and LHD.
- Extensive Underground Truck & LHD product knowledge and experience
- Superior technical expertise and familiarity with Epiroc Trucks & LHD and the associated technologies
- The ability to train internally and externally
- Strong problem-solving ability and troubleshooting skills
- Commitment to providing quality customer service
- Ability to handle and work under pressure
- Good report writing ability
- Computer literacy
