Position – Technologist (Contract)

Job description
- As a mechanical technologist, you will be a part of the assembly team & shall have the scope of responsibilities that include assembly & testing of machines. Your role is to improve efficiency through safe and advance assembly techniques. Focus on LEAN, KAIZEN, 5S, etc. to produce quality and on-time delivery products.
Job description
- It will be your mission to assemble ADS products as per Epiroc standards
- You should contribute efficiently in assembling & testing products & deliver products to customers with the right quality & deliver on time.
- You should able to complete assembly, setting & testing activities of blast hole & deep hole range products
- You will coordinate with the electrical technician to test the product properly.
- You will be interacting with various fields to guide to service personnel in the field which requires information related to hydraulics, mechanical sub-assemblies & testing of products, etc.
- Support engineering development activities
- You should follow safety in the workplace
- You should follow 5S in the workplace
- You should always have a LEAN approach while working
- You should continuously contribute to KAIZEN.
- Your focus should be on continuous improvement in assembly practices.
- You will be responsible for checking the hydraulic circuit, test the rig with all hydraulic functions & complete the troubleshooting part of the machine.
Experience requirements
- The candidate should be diploma mechanical with at least 1-2 year of experience.
Knowledge
- Good knowledge of assembly drawings, hydraulics, schematics
- Technical knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic components
- Basic knowledge of blast hole & deep hole products
- Knowledge of setting & testing activities of ADS products
Educational requirements
- The candidate should be Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with at least 1-2 year of experience.

Position – Service Engineer

Job description
- Manage his team working at UG and Surface workshop, Daily Inspection, trace out cause of the problems by Troubleshooting and get the solution to run the machine to achieve our CPH requirements in all 3 shifts.
- Maintain machines for continuous running to avoid down time and enhance availability as per CPH Contract and support to TLs/SM.
- Responsible for all shop activities regarding Preventive, Corrective and Predictive maintenance, Inspections, Backlogs, Major component replacement, programming and executing all planned maintenance activities.
- As a Service Engineer, have to develop the leadership capabilities of the Third party Technicians but also groom the talent reporting to TL/SM.
- Ensure that maintenance personnel and contractors adhere to safe and environmentally responsible work practices.
- To perform schedule and unscheduled maintenance as per the daily/weekly check lists and also as per the instructions from Supervisor
- To identify and resolve issues on the equipment in a timely manner in order to reduce MTTR
- To contribute to improvements and changes and be an active member of continuous improvement drive
- Be an active team member in skill development and skills enhancement.
- Plan for spare parts well in advance together with maintenance planner to ensure parts are available for maintenance.
Skills & Experience:
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile with Minimum 3 Years’ Experience.
- Mining Experience with HEMM Equipment’s – maintenance Discipline.
