🔹 Position: Engineer – Production (RGU)
📍 Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India
🏗 Industry: Heavy Engineering / Machine Shop / Manufacturing
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Production Leadership – Lead Engineers & Operators to ensure smooth production & assembly
✅ Quality & Safety Compliance – Adhere to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 standards
✅ Manufacturing Efficiency – Optimize manpower, material, & machines for higher efficiency
✅ Process Improvement – Implement lean manufacturing, QET projects, and corrective actions
✅ CNC, Welding & Assembly Operations – Oversee processes and ensure quality assurance
✅ Planning & Procurement – Manage tools, spares, and raw materials efficiently
✅ Team Training & Development – Train workforce on production, safety, and best practices
✅ Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work with Planning, Maintenance, Design & Quality teams
✅ Data & System Management – Maintain Movex, Q Nova Workflows, IMS System for smooth operations
🎯 Ideal Candidate:
🎓 Qualification: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
📆 Experience: 1-2 years in Heavy Engineering / Machine Shop / Thread Rolling Operations
🔹 Technical Skills:
✔ Knowledge of Manufacturing Principles, CNC Turning, AutoCAD
✔ Basic Metallurgy & Raw Material Grades
✔ Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Abilities
✔ Familiarity with Infor M3 & Equipment Maintenance
🔹 Soft Skills & Competencies:
