Job Description:

The candidate will be responsible for suggesting and implementing the Drilling Application, Selection criteria & General Troubleshooting of the RDT Product range to our customer and Regional Sales/ support team including our Channel partner.

The mission in this role is Planning and Conducting trials, technical feedback on Products and their Performance, handling Warranty issues & Claims, and Market & Competitor information. This would need extensive Collaboration with the Customer, Product Company & Marketing team.

The candidate would require regular meetings, interaction and follow-up with Customers, Dealers, and stockiest for overall RDT business development.

The candidate would also be responsible for providing technical inputs on the development of new products, Preparing Trial reports & presenting to customers, Drill Parameter Optimization at customer sites, and Developing Application & Product-based Case Studies.

The candidate would be responsible for providing technical training to Drill rig Operators, the Customer site team, and Our Regional Sales & Support team about Rock tools basics & General Care and maintenance practices.

Qualification, Skills, and Experience:

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Mining.
• Experience of 3 to 5 years, preferably from a service background handling Underground/ Surface Drill Rigs. Higher experience will be considered for a senior position in the Application team.
• Experience with RDT and its different applications would be preferred.
• Should be Interactive, good in verbal & written communication, Proactive approach.
• The position requires Travel/ Project Site posting.

• Adapt to different situations and act independently. Also, work with cross-functional teams.
