Emerson Climate technologies are looking for Graduate Engineer Trainees for our Atit Plant and to work with its India Design & Solution Center located at Karad Engineering Center.

Eligibility: CAD Course with 2021 2022 Pass Out. and/or Mechanical stream 2022 Pass Out
Stipend: 17k per month
Description
- Interdepartmental Training To Learn Activities Under Various Departments
- On Job Training In Specific Allocated Department
- Understand Process & Flow Of Work
- Acquire Process Knowledge
- Ensure All Processes & Quality Parameters Are Followed
- Ensure Ontime Delivery For Assigned Task
- Collaborate With Cross Functional Department For Assigned Work
- Support on departmental Projects like Productivity Improvement, Quality Improvement, Process Improvement, Safety Improvement
Requirements:
- BE Mechanical Fresher With Good Academic Score – Eligibility is 60% throughout
- Sound Theoretical and Technical Knowledge
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Knowledge Of Basics Of Microsoft Word, Excel & Ppt
- Problem Solving Attitude
- Team Player
- Modelling, Cad And Analysis Software knowledge is desirable
- Exposure or base knowledge of HVACR (heating, ventilating, air conditioning & refrigeration) is desirable
