Position – Engineer CAD B1/B2

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Develop 3D solid models and assemblies of design components.
• Provide drawing package with complete GD&T, analysis of fits, and tolerances.
• Interact with other design team members to meet and optimize product design requirements.
• Adherence to the quality process. On-time delivery & Quality of the deliverables
• Assume additional roles and responsibilities as required
• Communicate and coordinate results with the team members.
• Collaboratively work with other teams. Capable of handling multiple projects.
• Willingness to learn is critical
• Drive various organizational initiatives & Respect the company’s values and ethics
• Person will be handling all Engineering Change Requests/Notifications independently

Desired Skills & Qualification:

• BE/ B. Tech Degree in Mechanical Engineering with relevant exposure to CAD Design environment of 3 to 6 years.
• Software skills: Creo (Expert level), AutoCAD(Expert level), Aware of PDMLink Practices
• Well Versed with modeling and drafting practices required for Part Manufacturing
• Application knowledge of GD&T and ISO GPS knowledge would be a plus
• Conversant with different Manufacturing Processes – Injection Molding, Casting, Machine
• Nice to have Materials knowledge based on Manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge about Tolerance Stack up & Worst-case analysis Method
• Knowledge of Solenoid Valves, Pneumatics & Pneumatics components is a plus
• Good drawing reading and understanding abilities
• Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills and team working are desirable
• Prior Working Experience in Global Engineering Environment would be preferred
