Job Summary

The candidate will perform independently Instruments Sustaining Engineering requests from Automation Solutions Flow Controls business unit to fulfill Design/Drawing needs and Support to Instruments products.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Work on Flow Controls, Instruments Sustaining Engineering efforts as a member. Provide additional support as needed for other E&D projects.
• Prepare and revisit to Instruments product part and assembly design layouts with complete GD&T, analysis of fits and clearances.
• Create 2D and 3D CAD models and assemblies for Production/Manufacturing using SolidWorks.
• Modify existing models as per engineering revisions.
• Provide drawing packages including details, assemblies, layouts, and BOM

structures.

• Adherence to quality process. On time delivery & Quality of the deliverables
• Communicate and coordinate results with the team members
• Collaboratively work with other teams
• Willingness to learn is critical
• Person will be handling all Engineering Change Requests/Notifications

For This Role, You Will Need

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering, Degree in Mechanical desired with relevant exposure to design/drawing environment from 1 to 2 years.
• Software skills: SolidWorks (Must), ACAD, Awareness of PDM Practices.
• Strong Knowledge of modelling and drafting, detailing practices.
• Good awareness of Sheetmetal, Casting, Plastic molding, or Product Design.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team working.
• Working knowledge of GD&T and International Standards preferred.
• Good drawing reading and understanding abilities.
• Respect company’s values and ethics.
• Good communication skills are desirable.
• MS office, Outlook

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Knowledge of SolidWorks, GD&T, Sheet metal
• Problem solving and result oriented skills.
• Experienced in oil and gas industry (Added advantage).
