Job description
- Responsible for conducting FEA testing for optimization of new product design
- Analyze FEA results and provide feedback to design engineers
- Provide FEA support to existing products and improvement activities as appropriate
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to FEA testing and results in a systematic manner
Qualifications
- Post Graduate Degree in mechanical engineering
- Certification in FEA software
- Experience of 4 to 6 years in FEA packages along with an understanding of FEA concepts, systems and application
- Should possess hands-on experience in FEA using ABAQUS, Hypermesh, Fluent and/or other FEA software
- Should possess experience in working with and understanding FEA data
- Should have demonstrated understanding on strength of materials, engineering mechanics concepts, failure theories
