Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

Data calculations (Analysis and summaries, Equipment capacity ) for new and running projects
Technical data preparation in coordination with global team
Implementation and evaluation of time studies in all production areas .
Cooperate in the definition of production methods, production techniques, measures for optimization / increase of efficiency.
Drawings creation as per requirements.
Create and modify Pre-blocking list & Line balancing
Prepare every PM changes analysis documents.
Modification of drawing if necessary..
Creating process flow diagram, control plans
Ordering & tracking of all necessary equipment(hand tools, helping tools, fixtures for boards, test station, spare parts etc).
Understanding design and functionality of products.
ECR/ECN implementation
New Project support- Planning, implementation and launch support
Plant layout and line setup
keep contact to the work-related colleagues with CKD and other Global team.

Desired Candidate Profile

Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, Production, Automobile)
0-5 years experience in engineering department, Project, Logistic and Production in wiring harness industry .
