Description – Trainee Engineer
Location: Chakan
- Principle activities
- Data calculations (Analysis and summaries, Equipment capacity ) for new and running projects
- Technical data preparation in coordination with a global team
- Implementation and evaluation of time studies in all production areas.
- Cooperate in the definition of production methods, production techniques, and measures for optimization/increase of efficiency.
- Drawings creation as per requirements.
- Create and modify Pre-blocking list & Line balancing
- Prepare every PM changes analysis documents.
- Modification of drawing if necessary..
- Creating process flow diagram, control plans
- Ordering & tracking of all necessary equipment(hand tools, helping tools, fixtures for boards, test station, spare parts etc).
- Understanding design and functionality of products.
- ECR/ECN implementation
- New Project support- Planning, implementation and launch support
- Plant layout and line setup
- keep contact to the work-related colleagues with CKD and other Global team
Job Requirements-
Specialized knowledge/education: Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, Production, Automobile)
Work experience: 0-5 years experience in the engineering department, Project, Logistic and Production in the wiring harness industry
Additional knowledge:
- Work carefully and reliably Basic technical understanding, able to read technical drawings
- Very good knowledge in the English language
- Good computer knowledge (MS Office, especially MS Excel, )
- Auto CAD
