Job description
- Close monitoring of rakes.
- Coordinate with the serving station for timely placement, release, and departure of rake.
- Monitoring the rake operation of the entire division.
- Close coordination with customers for timely indenting, forwarding loading & unloading of rake.
- Make close liaison with other division/divisional departments to facilitate smooth train operations.
- Coordinating with the Railway Mechanical team at Bondamunda for timely examination of rakes and keeping records for same.
- Keeping track of all spare wagons.
- Ensuring timely placement of indent in FOIS.
- Preparing RRs and ensuring on-time submission of RRs to the corporate office.
- Keeping track of all the wagons at Bondamunda and ensuring the integrity of same with mother rake.
- Appraising the rake operation, mechanical, and commercial reports to the HQ on a daily basis.
Skills Required:
- Good Communication Skills.
- Good level of computer literacy.
- Team player.
- Recognized industry qualifications are preferable.
