Position – Workshop Manager – Mechanical -Tunnel Projects

Salary – ₹ 7,00,000 to 12,00,000 P.A.
Location – Uttaranchal

To ensure, optimum availability of Equipment in good working conditions with maximum output.
Monitoring Operational & breakdown repairs of machinery with ensuring the availability of spares & consumables in time.
To ensure, Periodical & preventive maintenance of equipment in schedule time.
Repair and Maintenance of all Machinery of the Project.
Co-ordination with the Purchase Department to Purchase of the Parts / Equipment related to Vehicle & Machineries.
Co-ordination and Approval Process of Proposals and Monitor any actions needed through the Top Management.
Maintain records of goods ordered and received & locate vendors of materials, equipment, or supplies, and interview them in order to determine product availability and terms of sales.
Budgeting of Accidental Vehicle & Machinery for Insurance Claims.
Use right & qualified persons with experience for repair & maintenance.
To maintain optimum inventory at the site.
Ability to mobilize skilled technician (Mechanic, Auto Electrician, etc.) as required

Maintenance of Equipment’s like Piling Rigs, Vibro hammer, Cranes, Excavators, Hydra, Dozer, Motor Graders, Wheel Loaders, Transit Mixers, Concrete Line Pump, Back Hoe Loaders, Drill Machine, Air Compressor, Rock Breakers, Tippers, Hydra, Boom Placer, Roller, Gantry crane
Knowledge of spare parts of construction Equipment.
Techniques of repairs of breakdown machinery.
