Job description

• Makes and monitors system entries of Inbound /outbound (received/dispatched goods) into the designated warehouse management software/ customer nominated ERP.
• Ensure Pre-alerts, MIS reports, etc are timely shared with the respective in-charges and supervisors.
• Analyze inbound – outbound data logs and provides insights from data.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry in the system.
• Supervise and deploys team efficiently for timely completion of assigned tasks of day-to-day warehouse activities.
• Efficiently plan and allocate tasks basis the set KPIs / targets Brief team members and ensure adherence of checklist basis sop and client requirements.
• Ensure maintenance of stock register/logs and physical verification of goods.
• Ensure operational issues are registered and resolved or escalated to the next level within the time frame. Takes appropriate action to help meet warehouse targets.
• Check for Inbound and Outbound orders, Inventory, and deliveries for accuracy. Conduct daily & monthly stock audit & verification.
• Deliver high service levels to ensure results are in line with defined standards and procedures. Provide suggestions and work towards process and productivity improvements Ensure safe working practices and environments within the warehouse. Communicate and collaborate with other team members
• Experience: Fresher / 1-2 years of working experience (preferably in warehousing & logistics )
• Computer Skills: Basic Computer knowledge / MS Office.
• Knowledge of SAP / Any Warehouse Management System is an added advantage
• Open to work in a warehouse in a remote location Good communication skills & team player Good attention to details and Problem-solving skills.
• Should be comfortable to speak, read and write English
