Job description
We have multiple GET positions in the organization. Based on the functional area, job profile would include some of the activities mentioned below:
- Preparation of Technical drawings and specifications / modifications
- Coordination for sites requirements in consultation with Site Manager / Project Manager.
- Analysis of the daily activities of the site including checking and analysis of Daily Progress Report.
- Coordination with all relevant departments for successful project operations.
- Coordinate with all concerned to ensure issues at site are addressed promptly for uninterrupted operations, also inform and seek advice of management for any operational issues that needs immediate action.
- Prepare and submit Action trackers / point sheets to the Management on weekly basis.
- Ensure work is completed by contractors on site and submit work completion report for the same.
- Visit site to review the progress as per schedule defined by HOD and Management.
- Monitor Maintenance schedules of Machinery at site and make sure that they are being followed on a regular basis.
- If required, support for determining project staffing need in consultation with HOD.
- Perform any other related duties and responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time, as required.
