- We are seeking an experienced Sales Expert Resource to join our A&D team. We are looking for resource who Develop sales Strategy & Vision on the scope of Aerospace & Defense, Marine & Offshore accounts, in close collaboration with industry, brands, and partners ecosystem and all actors involved on the accounts. Owns the definition and execution of the strategic account plan and drives opportunity management in line with DS sales process.

What will your role be
- Develop sales Strategy & Vision on the scope of Aerospace & Defense, Marine & Offshore accounts, in close collaboration with industry, brands, and partners ecosystem and all actors involved on the accounts. Owns the definition and execution of the strategic account plan and drives opportunity management in line with DS sales process.
- Leads the full LEVERAGE process. Builds long term relationships with customer at C-level and business decision makers, animates customer’s relationship & network, manages overall customer satisfaction. Opens doors and identifies new opportunities for new business usages with regards to 3DEXPERIENCE Platform in existing and new accounts.
- Identifies and engages appropriate DS internal and external ecosystem resources to deliver value to the customer.
The Challenges ahead
Role description
- Sell on value through assigned Industry Solutions Experiences/Industry Process Experiences/ Roles within a defined territory.
- Perform end-to-end sales engagements compliant with the DS Referential – LEVERAGE and VALUE ENGAGEMENT processes – And consistent with IFWE Loop engagement.
- Manage negotiation with the customer by complying with all 3DS engagement processes (SBO, IOC, CLOSA, Revenue recognition), government and local regulations, DS policies and ethical standards
- Define a successful sales strategy to hit revenue target and sustain growth objectives leveraging sales initiatives defined by Brands among others
- Generate growth, in assigned territory according to sourcing built on Industry Market Analysis in compliance with TARGET process, covering :
- Installed base
- “Supply network” & Ecosystem
- The “like” accounts
- The new Core Industry
Your key success factors:
- Position Name : Sales Expert – A&D
- Work Location : Gurgaon
- Experience : 10-12+ years of experience sales experience in Aerospace & Defense.
- Education : BE Electrical/Electronics/Aerospace/Mechanical.
- Good to have MBA from Tier-1 Colleges
