Job description
You will be part of a team that is responsible for developing world-class learning content libraries that enable customers & partners to adopt the 3DEXPERIENCE platform and Dassault Systèmes solutions for their business. You will enable customers & users to gain up-to-date knowledge on cutting-edge Dassault Systemes technologies in their context. You will develop high-quality learning content and eLearning training material to help learners learn & adapt the DS solutions in an industrial way and to be ready to perform their jobs in their organizations. Your expertise in crafting learning content will prove invaluable for equipping internal teams with a comprehensive understanding of DS products and solutions.
In the role of a Facilitator, you will engage seamlessly with stakeholders and subject matter experts, driving the collaborative development of cutting-edge learning materials to elevate our knowledge-sharing initiatives.
You will be provided all support including training, mentoring, and knowledge needed to become a top-performing learning content developer.
Role & Responsibilities
- Knowledge and expertise in Manufacturing Domain
- Working experience in using software to define process planning, NC program, robotics program,…
- Preferred – Knowledge of 3DEXPERIENCE Products, Use of digital manufacturing software
- Apply learning strategies to meet the requirements of customers & users
- Apply industry best practices for developing the best training material
- Demonstrate the concepts and exercises in the training content
- Use excellent interpersonal skills, communication, and coordination for co-working with others
Qualifications/Experience
- Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering background
- 1 to 3 years’ experience in the Manufacturing domain – Process Planning, Robotics, NC Machining, Ergonomics
- Excellent written and verbal communication and analytical/logical skills
- Good knowledge and understanding of design tools
- Flair for content writing & development, documentation/presentations, instructional designing
- Working knowledge of PPT, WORD, CAMTASIA
- Experience with DS products & solutions is a plus – DELMIA/ENOVIA/3DEXPERIENCE
- Leading the development of the DELMIA Manufacturing Learning portfolio & making it a success
