Job description
Technical Customer Success
Join the Spatial Customer Success team at Dassault Systèmes to assist the customers using our 3D Modeling and Meshing components to build their own 3D applications. This position is based in Pune, INDIA.
Role description & responsibilities
- Develop expertise on 3D geometric modeling components (ACIS, CGM), as well as meshing and visualization components
- Help customers integrate these components to build their own 3D applications
- Use basic C++ programming and JavaScript / Scheme scripting to resolve challenging geometry problems faced by customers
- Develop innovative solutions to customer problems
- Communicate with customers, local and remote team members, and appropriate stakeholders to quickly arrive at a solution
- Help customers to adopt our software and resolve their technical queries
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s or advanced degree in engineering (Mechanical, Production, Civil, Aerospace)
- 1-5 years of experience of working with Meshing software as well as popular CAD packages (CATIA, SW, ProE, etc.)
- Familiarity with at least one programming language: C++, C#, Python, will be an added advantage
- A good grasp of Mathematics & Geometry concepts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
