Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Coordination of all the activities in the Ammonia test center
- Secure that the Ammonia test center is operational and always meets both technical and safety requirements
- Contribute to secure that our products are specified and used by our customers to optimize the bottom line of our business
- Secure that new innovative product ideas are born and put into process in cooperation with R&D, external universities, – organizations
Key tasks
- Project management throughout the construction phase to secure time schedule is met for the Ammonia Test Center
- Plan, prioritize and execute the tasks for the Ammonia Test Center
- Continued improvement of the test center’s technical capabilities and testing efficiency
- Through testing and consultancy secure support to R&D and Sales
Success Criteria’s
- Secure that the Ammonia test center is completed with respect to layout, technical installations and safety etc. according to agreed schedule
- Develop laboratory methods, setup and facility complying with the required standardization at all times
- Deliver support to sales projects to improve Danfoss’ business
- Deliver support to development projects, so they meet their milestones in relation to time, cost and quality
Important aspects, with impact on the job
- This position demands high technical skills within industrial refrigeration
- 20 travel days per year to customers
Background & Skills
- BE mechanical / refrigeration engineering
- Fluent in English and different Indian languages – also on a technical level
- 10+ years of experience for industrial refrigeration systems and controls; both theoretical and practical
- Very deep understanding of industrial refrigeration systems and the correlations of components
- Knowledge of Ammonia components and competency to train others
- Thermodynamic understanding
- Experienced in communication with customers and communication tools
