Position – Factory Quality Manager

Danfoss is looking for an experienced Factory Quality Manager who can responsible to Drive development of a zero defect and customer/ supplier oriented quality mind-set of all employees within the organization & supplier end.

Job Responsibilities

Drive the development of a zero-defect and customer/ supplier oriented quality mind-set of all employees within the organization &supplier end.
Ensure that our QMS and execution of processes meets the requirements of the RAC QMS.
Ensure that the organizaton know about, and fulfill agreed customer specific requirements
Ensure that the management team is engaged in case of major quality issues & quality nonconformities is handled effectively by the organization by 8D:
Supplier Claim Handling (SQE)
Internal Nonconformities (QE)
Customer Claim Handling (CQE)
Ensure that employees in the organization have the right quality competencies to execute the QMS-IATF processes and provide them training on needs.
Drive overall continual improvement process related to quality (by improving process stability and capability)
Drive the activity, cohesion and development of the local quality team through leadership
Release quality objectives & Ensure given quality targets is deployed and understood by the organization and R&R is defined to drive continuous improvements on system, processes & products.
Ensure that quality audit plans (system, processes and products) is planned and executed in the organization and control that corrective and preventive actions is implemented by the organization.
Handling Change Control Process by coordinating with cross factories/CQM.
