Job description

To manage process training for new BC trainees & to Perform and Manage the overall rework Process of DPD SC operations

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to, the following.

  • Handling stage-wise training for new BC trainees (NEEM & NAPS) in P600 & LD
  • Handling Rework Process for LD & P600
  • Responsible for Defect, time-bounded & systematic rework process establishment
  • Responsible for COPQ Monitoring & effective action implementation

The ideal candidate possesses these skills.

  • Basic knowledge of Electro-Mechanical components.
  • Familiar with Key & Critical Processes of LD, P600 (Functional Testing, Soldering, Cable Modification, Load Test)
  • Familiar with Part code, Type Code of both LD & P600 Platform
  • PCBA & Failure Troubleshooting would be an added advantage
  • Knowledge in 7 Quality Tools & Product Quality Knowledge
  • Basic SAP / SAP – ME Knowledge, SAP – PP Order management
