Job Description
Danfoss is looking for a Assistant Manager-Maintenance ( Vadodara), to be located in Vadodara Campus
Responsibilities
- All kind of electrical and mechanical maintenance for De-colier, Press machines, Rubber Press, Extruder machines & assembly power tools.
- All kind of electrical and mechanical maintenance of Thermic fluid heater and its related parts.
- Electrical maintenance of Gasket Oven & LPG Gas station.
- Electrical maintenance of all PCC, MCC & Control Panels.
- Electrical maintenance of overhead cranes & Forklifts.
- Electrical & mechanical maintenance for all utility machineries and equipment.
- Maintaining critical machinery spares item list for all important machineries for PHE, Plate press and Gasket plants.
- Maintaining documents related to ISO9001, ISO14001 & ISO45001 for maintenance dept.
- Increasing Mean time between Failures (MTBF) & Reducing Mean time to repair (MTTR)
- Increasing machine uptime, thereby machine availability & OEE of the key machineries are enhanced
- Developing standard operating procedures (SOP) for all maintenance activities
- Key accountable for preventive & Predictive maintenance activities
Background & Skills
- Qualification – B.E(Mechanical)
- Experience – 7 – 10 Years in Maintenance.
- Good communication
- To co-ordinate with corporate maintenance team & implement maintenance strategies
- Managing a team maintenance technician, training & developing them to be sustained output of Overall plant maintenance.
