Job Description
Responsibilities
- Identify the Mechanical Parts
- Segregate Plastics and Metals
- Study the drawing
- Identify the KCs
- Make Balloon Diagram and FAI Plan as per AS9100 Requirements/AS9102 Forms etc
- Audit Suppliers for Technical Compliance
- Go through Suppliers Control plans FMEA and other manufacturing Documents
- Check for 4M readiness and give clearance for Production at Supplier location
- Clarify Technical Doubts
- Interact with Customer as a SPOC for all issues and get approval for series production
- Make the Acceptance plans for incoming inspection
- Make the Work Instructions for Mechanical Assemblies
- Make 2D/3D drawings for parts as may be required
- Knowledge on Cable Harness and System Integration
Qualifications/Experience
BE(5-6 Experience) Diploma(7-8years’ Experience) in Mechanical
- CAD Drawings(Solid Works/Auto CAD)
- Machine Shop floor experience and understanding of Machine capabilities and limitations/Metrology, Acceptance criteria’s etc
- Ability to suggest changes for DFM
- Experience in an AS/Automotive environment in a leading company- Vendor Flowdown and Management – Knowledge of Sub Process like Plating, Painting etc.
- Technical Communication Skills
- Willingness to work Hand-On
