Job Description

• B.E Mechanical with 3 years of experience in Machining component Manufacturing process planning with IE standard and create SOE, OMS using Wplanner or MPP tools
• Execute unit Machining IE projects on individual capacity
• Minimum 1 year experience in machining processes
• Good knowledge of Industrial Engineering basics and theory.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Industrial Engineering.
• Good understanding of machining process
• Good knowledge of Statistics & Analytics
• Modifies existing performance pay plans; assists in development of baseline data for new wage performance pay plans.
• Participates in team studies related to capacity, energy, productivity and efficiency.
• Establishes routings, methods, layouts, tools, costs, methods documentation, quality plans and labor standards for revisions to current operations and/or new parts or programs of limited scope.
• Create data visualization using Power BI or tableau
• Basic understanding with Python or R programming

Skills & Experience

Computer Numerical Control (CNC), Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Programming, Machine Tools: VMC/HMC especially Turning Centers, Single point cutting tools.Knowledge of Milling, Electrode Discharge Machining, Wire-EDM & various other metal cutting processes Conventional and Computer Aided., Machining Processes
