Job Description
- 1 to 3 years experienced
Activities:
- CAD design and Manufacturing drawing creation using CREO software
- Tolerance stack up study
- Engineering design & calculations
- Vehicle integration
Scope of Work
- Parametric CAD models creation of automotive components using CREO with 1:1
scale. - Carry out basic part level FEA using CREO.
- Preparation of parametric assembly models.
- Assembly and component level tolerance stack up report preparation
- Creation of manufacturing drawings with necessary dimensioning and tolerances
(GD&T) - Component sizing and design with engineering calculations
- Quality check to be performed by vendor before deliveries
- Technical reviews with consultants/suppliers
- System optimization/Value engineering (ex: weight, cost)
- Preparation of reliability and validation req
Skills & Experience
Automotive Industry, Commercial Vehicles, Creo, Drive systems / Mechanical assembly, PTC Windchill PDM, Tolerance Stack Ups
