Job description

  • Works with internal and external customers in an inbound call center to assist with understanding account concerns, responding to basic questions and/or escalating queries to more experienced representatives. Performs activities under direct supervision.
  • Answers basic inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating and providing information.
  • Assists with a variety of customer inquiries by providing basic account information.
  • Interacts with internal customer to aid in resolution of customer concerns.
  • Understands customer concerns to enable proper escalation paths.

Education, Licenses, Certifications

  • High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
