Job description
- Works with internal and external customers in an inbound call center to assist with understanding account concerns, responding to basic questions and/or escalating queries to more experienced representatives. Performs activities under direct supervision.
- Answers basic inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating and providing information.
- Assists with a variety of customer inquiries by providing basic account information.
- Interacts with internal customer to aid in resolution of customer concerns.
- Understands customer concerns to enable proper escalation paths.
