Main Role of position:
Good understanding of basic mechanical engineering concepts you will create, manage and audit bill of materials in order to provide accurate material requirement planning, Ensuring the right parameters of OEM part & take final confirmation from engineering/Design team You’ll have the opportunity to manage and control pre procurement BOM projection, including Forecast BOM, make buy and preliminary BOM update Provide support to all involved teams on the BOM processes Identify new vendor & check QC/QA process of vendor for vendor qualification You will be responsible for new vendor development & vendor management Provide solutions to raw material, replacement part numbers for obsolete parts Prepare & maintain engineering documentation on team center
Key competencies:
