Job description

Overview:

In this role the Associate Engineer will actively participate in the qualification testing of aerospace units or system, create qualification / development test report, procedure and participate in test rigs development activities.

Position: Associate Engineer – Testing and Development

Primary Responsibilities:

• Creating Qualification/Certification Test Procedure/Reports
• Good Understanding of Hydraulic Circuit – Capable to Design & troubleshoot hydraulic circuits.
• Experience in performing & Designing Mechanical/ Hydraulic/ Environmental test.
• Experience with Instrumentation & Calibration
• Knowledge in Vibration Testing, Setup & Fixtures
• Capable in Design of Test Fixtures
• Design knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical system.
• Good to have knowledge on Control Systems
• Good to have conceptual understanding of Test Rig functionality.

Skill Sets:

• 3 to 4 years of experience in certification & testing of Mechanical Systems & Components preferably in the aerospace domain.
• Hydraulic Schematics – Shall be able to read, understand, and troubleshoot hydraulic circuits.
• Experience in RTCA DO 160 test requirements and execution.
• Very good communication skills.
• Very good in presentation skills and Excel software.

Basic Qualifications:

• Qualification: – BE / B-Tech mechanical / electrical Engineering
• Desired Experience: 3 to 4 years
