Overview:

This role is responsible for supply chain processes involving in tactical Procurement/Purchasing and Supplier management processes.

Job Title:

Associate Engineer – SCM

Job responsibilities :

  • On-Hand experience in supply chain processes involving in tactical Procurement/Purchasing and Supplier management processes.
  • Usage of SAP system or equivalent Clear understanding of SAP Master Data settings: Material Master, Vendor Master, Info-Records, Source List, Receiving, Inventory etc…
  • Ability to understand and manage MRP signals and Exceptions Ability to acquire data from SAP, analyze and interface with BPM points of contact and other user functions. Negotiation and communication skills with exposure to Global sources and experience in managing diverse supply base.
  • Perform PR to PO activity and maintain daily compliance of record
  • PO acknowledgment with Suppliers and timely escalation to leadership
  • Basic exposure Continuous Improvement/LEAN/Kaizen/VSM activities.
  • Exposure in handling global supplier.
  • Good Communication both verbal and written…

Qualifications:

  • B.E in Mechanical, Electronics, and Electrical with 2 to 5 years of experience in day-to-day supply chain execution in transitions & procurements.
  • Preferred skills: Supply chain transition, Procurement with SAP skill.
  • Fluent in English & handling experience in international suppliers.
