Overview:

This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day manufacturing activities on the shop floor for the engineering organization that She/he supports

Job Title:

Associate Engineer-Manufacturing

Educational Qualifications:

  • A full-time Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Production with 1-4 years of experience
  • He/she should have at least 1 year of Manufacturing experience on shop-floor
  • Participating in the Final assembly of manufacturing in the initial phase of the New Product Introduction process
  • To be well familiar with AS9102 Quality Standards, Engineering drawings, and GD & T application for Engineering drawings
  • He/She should follow and contribute to the development of the Best Practices guidelines as laid out in Quality Documentation.
  • A high level of analytical ability and innovativeness is desirable.
  • Overall working knowledge of Generalized Engineering Drawings & Quality Control tools
  • Understanding the application of design and manufacturing methods in product design in relation with the Life Cycle and reliability.
  • At least 1–2 years of Experience on Unigraphics (NX) and Teamcenter software will be preferred
  • Good understanding of manufacturing processes, tools, and methods.
  • Exposure to NX and TCE software and creating Macros will be highly preferred.
  • Any other reasonable duties in support of the business needs.
