Job description

Distribution of manpower on machine per planning given by finishing manager.
Execution of planning of RHF, STR, Cutting Machine.
Ensure working on all finishing area machine must go on as per work instructions.
Ensure dimensions and surface quality of Angle/Flat bar must be within tolerance on each station.
Ensure correct reporting and booking of production and breakdown figures in DRP on all stations.
To minimize rejection and keep within set limit.
Ensure discipline, housekeeping and machine cleaning in finishing area.
Ensure use of PPE’s by all employee in finishing area.
Ensure rejection after must place in respective bins or in rejection area with proper color code.
Ensure route card of each bundle after processing on machine must be filled and signed by respective.
Trouble shooting of production and quality related problem of finishing machine.
Ensure achieving of shift production targets on each and every machine.
Ensure proper and optimum use of consumable on all machines.
To handover all working to next shift engineer with all relevant instructions.
