Job description
- CBRE Asset Services/Facility Management Team leverages best global practices and works across a complete spectrum of integrated services to ensure our clients achieve optimal asset and portfolio performance. Our team is dedicated to increasing asset value, providing quality service and management expertise across commercial, retail, industrial, and hospitality property.
- Technical SPOC will be a part of the onsite Facility management team for a reputed client in Chennai and will be responsible to manage all Engineering related systems (Electrical and Mechanical) including maintenance, governance, projects upgrades, and replacements.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in managing business-critical environments
- Engineering degree or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Domain
- Previous experience in managing the delivery of technical services
- The well-rounded knowledge base in workplace service solutions including portfolio management, facilities management, energy and sustainability, workplace utilization, and/or infrastructure management
- Strong customer focus and relationship building skills
- Well Groomed with good communication skills
- Flexible, Collaborate and proactive
