Job description
- Lead the product development team by proving technical leadership throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Conduct technical & design reviews at system & product level.
- Knowledge of full product development cycle – New product introduction.
- Should have worked on full vehicle, systems development & integration, design & validation.
- Ability to convert customer requirements into engineering specifications.
- Knowledge of parts development, working with suppliers
- Understanding of construction equipment applications
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Industrial/Production engineering
- Relevant experience in the construction equipment industry – 10 yrs
- Knowledge of dozers, graders & paving equipment will be added advantage
- Previous experience in multinational – working in a global environment
- Excelling communication & cross-functional skills
- Techno-commercial mindset
