As a Graduate trainee, you will contribute to the design, development and implementation of innovative solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical challenges. Conduct research, analyse data and propose creative ideas to enhance existing processes.
An Opportunity for you to gain and develop experience through placements in various departments throughout the organization, including design, simulation, moulding, melting, heat treatment and asset management and implementation of IOT.
You ensure excellent communication and can accept responsibility& duties assigned to you, to gain knowledge and experience from internal Stakeholders.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation/Rubber) obtained within the past year.
- Solid foundation in engineering principles and concepts
- Strong Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent Communication
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of team.
