Description
To support the manufacturing value stream’s requirements of Jigs, Fixtures, Gauges, smart automation projects, and re-conditioning activities with the right Quality and availability of tooling right in time.
- Responsible for Tool-room Production planning and inspection activities
- Co-ordination of tooling manufacturing for new Projects, product variants
- Internal Customer complaint handling
- Handling of Tools stores and gauge stores
- Reconditioning of Jigs and Fixture
- Working with the SAP PP module
- Handling inspection equipment
- PPC data management with MS Office, Power BI
Qualifications
B.E. Mechanical / Production with 2~3 years of relevant experience.

Additional Information
Essential experience with required skills, knowledge and abilities.
- Broad knowledge and experience in Tool room activities of production planning and inspection
- Thorough knowledge of basic manufacturing processes (Turning, Drilling Milling, Grinding, ECM, EDM, and overview of VMC, CNC, 3D Printing etc.)
- Skills in Mechanical drawing reading, GD&T
- Knowledge of QMS tools Six Sigma, PSS, Ishikawa etc.
- Exposure and experience of SAP (PP module)
- Know how about industry standards – Quality – TS16949
- Ability to quickly learn, adapt & handle dynamic working conditions/situation
- Good communication skills (written & oral) – in English, and Marathi (Hindi added advantage)
- Experience in working with MS Office with proficiency in Excel
Additional experience / Special competency required
- Hands on experience on inspection equipment e.g., CMM, Trimos etc. would be an added advantage.
- Exposure on i4.O tools like, RPA / Power Bl etc.
