Job Description

• Co-ordinate with material planners of different plants & assists the team to follow-up with suppliers for on time material delivery
• Creation & maintenance of Material Master in SAP
• Creation & maintenance of all the documents of maintenance departments
• Perform MRP Run on defined frequency & ensure PO are sent to suppliers
• Amend the PO for non-commercial data on need basis
• Support material planners for sourcing the spare parts; RFQ & PR creation
• Co-ordinate with stakeholders towards receiving the ordered parts in the plant
• Understand and address the pain points of the machine spares planners & come up with the solutions which will be offered as service to plants across globe
• Hunt and explore for new business in Technical function area.
• Manage the Projects in-line with SO/QMM & BGSW/QMM requirements
• Manage the outsourcing activities need for the project

Qualifications

• BE (Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering)
• 3-6 Years of Experience in industry.
• Exposure to managing the spare parts and alignment between the maintenance department and stock room in the manufacturing industry
• Exposure to manufacturing function in a plant
• Hands-on experience in preparation & maintenance documentation in the maintenance & planning department
• Knowledge of spare parts sourcing & ordering process in SAP
• Good experience in the creation & maintenance of Material Master in SAP
• Experience in facing the Internal & external audits
• Work experience service industry is an added advantage
• Flexible to work in shifts
